Black Excellence Day is January 15, 2025. (Dr. Martin Luther King’s Birthdate). This day provides a learning opportunity and celebration of Black contributions, achievements, stories, art, history, joy and love. The aim is to raise awareness and uplift and bring hope to not just Black youth, but all racialized and non-racialized youth through the sharing of lived experiences.
