Welcome to Maywood Community School. Here is some information that you might find helpful:
Daily Schedule: 8:55am = First Bell, 10:30-10:45am = Recess (outdoor play), 12:07-1:00pm = Lunch (time to eat and time to play outside), 3:00pm = End of day
Here are the school supply lists: Kindergarten, Primary (Grade 1-3), Intermediate (Grade 4-7).
All students line up with the class in the morning. Click here for the map of line up locations. If your child is late, they should come to the office to check in.
Students should bring a healthy snack to school for the morning and a bottle of water each day.
If your child cannot come to school, please email maywood.info@burnabyschools.ca or call 604-296-9022 Press 2 for the attendance line. Tell us your child’s first and last name, their division or teacher, the dates they will be away and the reason for absence (illness, appointment, vacation, etc).
Visitors are welcome. Please enter through the front office door and speak to the office team to sign in. We are happy to connect with you.
