As part of the Burnaby School District’s School Meal Program, Maywood is able to provide a hot lunch for students of our school.
Each month, students will receive a consent form envelope, indicating the due date for when the envelope(s) must be returned to the school. In addition, an email will be sent to all families with the menu for the month. The menu can also be found below.
If you have more than one child wishing to participate in the program, please fill out a separate envelope for each child. Envelopes must be returned (sealed and signed) by the date marked on the stamped envelop.

Payment Options: Pay online at burnaby.schoolcashonline.com. Sign your child’s envelope and check off “Paid Online” and indicate any dietary restrictions and whether your child is a vegetarian. Vegetarian options can only be provided to children who sign up as Vegetarian for the month.
