May 1-5 is Wellness Week at Maywood! Students, families and staff are invited to participate in variety of wellness challenges and activities:
- Yoga with The Yoga Buggy
- Family Yoga during Morning Drop‐off and Pick Up at 8:50am and 2:50pm
- Wellness Week STAR Challenge
- Walk 30
- Wellness and Sleep Lessons
- Water Challenge – challenge yourself to drink 8 cups (2 Litres) of water per day
- Grounding Exercises
- Parent Information Evening (PIE) on Self‐Care and Sleep. Parents are invited to join our counsellor Ms. Ball, on Monday, May 1st from 6‐7pm in the library
