Wellness Week @ Maywood!

May 1-5 is Wellness Week at Maywood!  Students, families and staff are invited to participate in variety of wellness challenges and activities:

  • Yoga with The Yoga Buggy
  • Family Yoga during Morning Drop‐off and Pick Up at 8:50am and 2:50pm
  • Wellness Week STAR Challenge
  • Walk 30
  • Wellness and Sleep Lessons
  • Water Challenge – challenge yourself to drink 8 cups (2 Litres) of water per day
  • Grounding Exercises
  • Parent Information Evening (PIE) on Self‐Care and Sleep.  Parents are invited to join our counsellor Ms. Ball, on Monday, May 1st from 6‐7pm in the library
