Dear Maywood Families,
I am writing to share some staffing updates for the upcoming school year. Dawn Ashton will be joining the Maywood community as Principal in September, and I will be moving to Parkcrest Elementary School. Ms. Ashton is excited to join the Maywood community and is looking forward to meeting and working with our students and families.
I am proud to have been part of the fabric of the Maywood community for the past three and a half years, and I would like to thank you for entrusting me with the care of your children and your school. Maywood is truly a remarkable place, supported by a community with an extraordinary sense of care and connection.
I would also like to acknowledge the following educational assistants and teaching staff who are moving on to new opportunities within the district. We thank them for their many contributions to Maywood and wish them every success in their new roles:
